Assessment Only
Purpose: Rapid, data-informed diagnosis of cultural strengths and growth areas with “heat map”.

The Assessment Only option provides your organization with a confidential survey across the seven domains of organizational health, generating a visual heat map and a concise two-page summary of strengths and growth areas. This snapshot gives leaders immediate clarity on where things are aligned and where energy may be leaking.
It’s designed for teams and organizations who want to start with a clear picture—whether you’re resource-conscious, exploring next steps, or simply seeking a baseline for future growth. For some, this is all they need to begin important conversations. For others, it’s a springboard into deeper engagement.
