We have carefully designed our Organizational Health Assessment to be utilized by itself, giving you the clarity to act confidently, whether or not you choose to work with us in the implementation process.

We offer three levels of engagement, so you can decide what makes the most sense for you and your team or organization.

Assessment Only

Purpose: Rapid, data-informed diagnosis of cultural strengths and growth areas with “heat map”.

Sometimes the first step is simply seeing clearly. The Assessment Only option provides your organization with a confidential survey across the seven domains of organizational health, generating a visual heat map and a concise two-page summary of strengths and growth areas. This snapshot gives leaders immediate clarity on where things are aligned and where energy may be leaking.

It’s designed for teams and organizations who want to start with a clear picture—whether you’re resource-conscious, exploring next steps, or simply seeking a baseline for future growth. For some, this is all they need to begin important conversations. For others, it’s a springboard into deeper engagement. Either way, you’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and a shared language to guide your next move.

  • Pre-assessment:

    • Brief kick‑off consultation with leadership to plan the rollout strategy.

    Assessment deployment: 

    • Collaboration with organization’s IT staff in preparation for survey deployment via email. 

    • Individualized assessment deployment for the number of individuals in the organization.  

    Review of results 

    • Heat map showing clear strength, growth opportunities and sticking points.

    • Simple analysis of the assessment results in each of the 7 domains.

  • Optional Add‑Ons (priced separately):

    • All‑hands findings town‑hall (+$750).

    • Industry benchmark comparison (+$500).

    • Qualitative focus groups/interviews (+$2,000 for six 45‑min sessions).

Assessment + Actionables

Purpose: ​Curated assessment that produces a clear diagnostic of strengths, growth areas, and sticking points, along with a ​detailed plan so you can take immediate action.

  • Pre-assessment:

    • Communications toolkit (including email templates, FAQ, talking points, etc) for leadership and key staff to explain the process and boost participation. 

    • Comprehensive “7 Domain Overview” document that outlines the domains and their importance.  

    Assessment deployment: 

    • Collaboration with organization’s IT staff in preparation for survey deployment via email. 

    • Individualized assessment deployment for the number of individuals in the organization.  

    Review of results 

    • 90‑minute leadership debrief (virtual) with interactive review of the “heat‑map” and results from the assessment.  

    • Comprehensive analysis of the assessment results with a “heat map” and detailed analysis of each of the 7 domains, including an action roadmap with high‑impact recommendations.  Tailored “readiness checklist” and clear strategic process to guide you forward—at your pace, with or without us.

    • Mini toolkit for leadership with guidance on how to talk with your organization and team about the results, including discussion prompts and a facilitation guide for sharing feedback safely at the team level.  

    • Visual summary slide (5-pager) from summary report. Easy to share graphic summary of key findings and recommendations, formatted for leadership decks or internal updates.

Integration Packages

These packages are designed to match your pace and capacity, offering the structure, guidance, and accountability needed to create meaningful, lasting change.

Through regular touchpoints, co-design sessions, and leadership coaching, we help your organization build the muscles of cultural health: habits of trust, systems for accountability, and practices that sustain alignment over time.   • Quick-Start:  Typically a 3-month engagement

    For organizations looking to take immediate action on their assessment results. This short-term package supports momentum-building and early alignment.

    Includes:

    • 1 co-design or co-reflection session with staff

    • Formation of a 12–15 person change champion cohort

    • Three 2-hour facilitated workshops with champions (monthly)

    • Three 2-hour coaching/check-in sessions with leadership (monthly)

    • Pulse check-in survey at month 3

    • Final summary report with actionable next steps

    • 60-minute leadership debrief

    • Resource hub with micro-learning tools

  • Accelerator:  Typically a 6-month engagement

    A deeper engagement to help embed key shifts across the organization. This package supports habit formation, shared leadership, and meaningful progress tracking.

    Includes everything in the Quick-Start package, plus:

    • Bi-weekly cohort sessions (up to 12 total)

    • Learning pulse summaries every 6–8 weeks

    • Change champion recognition plan

    • Four hours/month of leadership coaching

    • Additional pulse assessment at month 6

    • Resource hub with micro-learning tools
