Comprehensive analysis of the assessment results with a “heat map” and detailed analysis of each of the 7 domains, including an action roadmap with high‑impact recommendations. Tailored “readiness checklist” and clear strategic process to guide you forward—at your pace, with or without us.
Mini toolkit for leadership with guidance on how to talk with your organization and team about the results, including discussion prompts and a facilitation guide for sharing feedback safely at the team level.
